Used in a diffuser or added to the lotion. Essential oils combined with your massage help soothe sore muscles and joints. It improves quality of sleep, reduces tension, stress and anxiety.
Life energy flows through “meridians” in the body. Physical pressure is applied to acupuncture points in order to clear blockages in these meridians. Acupressure in your massage can help promote faster healing, pain relief and overall wellness.
Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach the deeper layers of muscles and fascia (the connective tissue that surrounds muscles). It’s best for chronic pain and shortened stiff areas like the neck, back, shoulders and legs.
A combination of slow relaxing strokes and acupressure points in the body to reduce stress and induce rest. It improves quality of sleep. It is great for headaches and migraines.
Prenatal or Pregnancy
Specialized full body massage to nurture mother and baby. This type of massage alleviates the discomforts of pregnancy such as fatigue, low back and hip pain, leg cramps and swelling. This massage is done in a side-lying position. Post natal massage is also recommended.
A healing art based on the principle that the whole of the body is reflected in the feet and hands through reflex points and nerve pathways. These reflex points are accessed through finger pressure resulting in stimulation of corresponding body systems.
